Regenosca Announces Publication of First-in-Human Clinical Data for TissueSpan
We are proud to announce the publication of the first clinical results evaluating TissueSpan, Regenosca’s acellular collagen implant designed to bridge soft tissue defects and to support natural tissue healing.
The study, titled “First-in-human safety and feasibility study of an acellular collagen mesh for augmentation urethroplasty: an IDEAL stage 1 study”, has been published in BMC Urology. The prospective first-in-human study evaluated the safety and feasibility of TissueSpan in 5 patients undergoing augmentation urethroplasty. The publication represents an important milestone in the clinical development of our technology and provides the first evidence supporting its use in human patients.
